Job Description
Exciting opportunity to join BAE Systems as an IP (Advanced) based in Tabuk, requiring Qualified Flying Instructor (QFI), Qualified Weapons Instructor (QWI), or equivalent experience, and people development competencies, high levels of interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate, influence, and direct Saudi cadets.
Requirements
- Qualified as a Qualified Flying Instructor (QFI), Qualified Weapons Instructor (QWI), Fighter Combat Instructor (FCI) or equivalent on Fast Jet aircraft
- Must have completed one Instructional tour
- Currency and Instructional experience commensurate with similar RAF
- Good people development competencies, high levels of interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, influence and direct Saudi cadets both in the air and on the ground
