Account Coordinator (Client Services)

Baesman Group is seeking an Account Coordinator who will support Account Managers and Account Directors to increase the accuracy, efficiency, and throughput of order processing, estimates, and other client- and production-related tasks.

Requirements

• Ensure accuracy and consistency in client data, order entry, and project details to support successful project execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to track project status, confirm timelines, and relay updates as needed.
• Assist in managing communication and follow-up on routine client requests, job changes, and production needs.
