Job Description
Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to lead the team and deliver a great guest experience. The Shift Leader will collaborate with the General Manager, motivate the team, and ensure a safe and clean store environment. The role offers flexible schedule, paid time off, competitive pay, and employee benefits.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must possess a current, valid, state issued driver's license (not required at all locations)
- Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification
