Job Description
Einstein Bros. Bagels is looking for a Shift Leader to collaborate with the General Manager to deliver a great guest experience. The Shift Leader will provide feedback and coach team members, open and close the store, and ensure the quality of food and beverages served.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (optional)
