SHIFT LEADER

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience, open and close the store with little to no supervision, and take pride in ensuring the quality of food and beverages served. As a Shift Leader, you will have opportunities for career growth and a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
