Job Description
We're looking for a Shift Leader to join our team at Caribou Coffee. As a Shift Leader, you'll be responsible for leading shifts, engaging team members, and providing exceptional guest service. You'll work closely with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager to ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- Must be at least 18 years of age
