Shift Leader

At Caribou Coffee, we're looking for a Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you'll be responsible for leading shifts, ensuring team engagement and guest satisfaction, and taking ownership of the store's overall direction. Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required
• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
• Must be at least 18 years of age
