Job Description
Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to collaborate with the General Manager and motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. The Shift Leader will provide feedback and coach team members, open and close the store with little supervision, and maintain a safe and clean store environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
