Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to collaborate with the General Manager to deliver a great guest experience and motivate the team. The Shift Leader will be responsible for opening and closing the store, providing feedback and coaching team members, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (always preferred but only required at specific locations)
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
