Job Description
Einstein Bros. Bagels is looking for a Shift Leader to collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. The Shift Leader will provide feedback and coach team members, open and close the store with little supervision, and ensure the quality of food and beverages. As a Shift Leader, you will have the opportunity to grow your career and take pride in creating a safe and clean store environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
