We are looking for an engaged and motivated Nutrition & Fitness Coach to support our customers in coaching, advising, and caring for their online nutrition advice & fitness coaching. The role involves daily phone contact, motivating customers, providing knowledge and know-how, and encouraging customers to set greater goals.

Requirements

• Daily phone contact / written WhatsApp support for customer inquiries
• Motivate customers to give more
• Provide knowledge and know-how

• Monitoring of customer implementation and success
• Entry of phone-collected information into customer file (CRM system)
• Passing on open questions to colleagues
