Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and engaged employee (m/w/d) for the Coaching & Customer Service department to support us in coaching, consulting and customer care for our online nutrition advice & fitness coaching with over 1,000 customers. As a Nutrition & Fitness Coach, you will work closely with our customers and continuously monitor their progress.
Requirements
- Daily phone contact / written WhatsApp support for our clients' questions
- Motivate customers through conversations to give more
- Transfer of knowledge and know-how
- Encourage customers to set even bigger goals
- Increase customer motivation
- Monitoring the implementation & successes of customers
- Input of information collected by phone in our customer database (CRM system)
- Forwarding open questions to your colleagues
- Preparation, support, and/or execution of live calls
