Job Description
We are seeking a Paralegal to provide professional services and support to Real Estate and other Global Projects lawyers, assist in delivering superior and comprehensive legal advice and support, and operate as part of a team comprised of lawyers and staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- 3-5 years' work experience in a law firm environment or related professional experience
- Experience with support for acquisitions and joint ventures in the real estate area
- Extensive knowledge and skill in utilizing the Internet, proprietary software research tools (e.g. LexisNexis)
- Proficient with Microsoft productivity tools (Advanced): Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
- Ability to learn and use databases
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals
- Ability to proofread materials for contextual, grammatical, typographical or spelling errors
