Job Description
Macerich is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Paralegal to assist the Company's legal real estate transactional attorneys by providing a wide variety of real estate-oriented paralegal managerial and support functions. The successful candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily.
Requirements
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA approved school (highly preferred but not required)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
- 5+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience as a real estate paralegal
- Substantial title and survey expertise
- Excellent computer skills to include MS Office, Adobe Acrobat/Reader, iManage, Workshare and Redline
- Ability to work independently
