Job Description
The Human Resources Intern supports daily HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Sophomore or Junior preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; HR systems experience is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
