Digital Technical Pre-Sales Leader

We are looking for a Digital Technical Pre-Sales Leader to partner with customers and drive growth in the energy technology sector. The successful candidate will have experience in digital oilfield initiatives and a passion for solving complex customer challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Digital Oil Field projects
• Proven ability to influence others and work within multi-disciplinary teams
• Direct experience overcoming technical challenges associated with software deployment and digital solutions
• Demonstrated ability in oilfield completions, well intervention, or downhole monitoring technology
• Passion to solve complex customer challenges
• Desire to be a thought leader and champion internally and externally
• Strong sales process understanding and management
• Ability to show and deliver value to the customer
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Effective problem identification and solutioning skills
• Proven analytical and organizational ability
