Job Description
As a Lead Engineer, Mechanical, Customer Order Engineering - Customer Application Engineering (Subsea Wellhead Casing Solution), you will provide technical expertise and application support during the tendering and bidding process for our innovative energy products, combining engineering knowledge with commercial awareness to secure projects and build long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- Collaborating with customers to understand technical specifications and application requirements for tender submissions.
- Interpreting, create, review, and release engineering bill of materials, drawings, and specifications to support bid proposals.
- Preparing technical documentation, compliance statements, and application notes for tender packages.
- Working closely with Project Management, Quality, Sourcing, and Manufacturing teams to ensure proposals are feasible and aligned with company capabilities.
- Providing technical input to commercial teams to develop bids that meet customer expectations and industry standards.
- Conducting product presentations, demonstrations, and technical clarifications during pre-bid and post-bid discussions.
- Monitoring risks and proactively suggest improvements or corrective actions in tender strategies.
- Ensuring adherence to HSE & Quality policies, actively participating in related programs and training.
