Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Engineer, Mechanical, Customer Order Engineering - Customer Project Engineering (Subsea Wellhead Casing Solution) to join our team. As a Customer Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the technical execution and delivery of customer projects for our innovative energy products. You will act as the bridge between clients, projects management, Quality, Sourcing and manufacturing teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelors in mechanical engineering or a relevant technical discipline
- At least 7 years of experience in project engineering or product design engineering or relevant technical discipline in subsea wellhead or subsea production system
- Good knowledge of engineering processes, quality standards, and industry regulations
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency in providing cost estimates and articulating value propositions
- Logical, structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making under time-sensitive bid conditions
