Legal Counsel - Integration & Solutions

Solutions-oriented legal professional to provide strategic and transactional legal support to the I&S business. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enable business objectives while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.

Requirements

• Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree with active membership in at least one recognized bar association.
• Have a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience handling a broad range of commercial and transactional legal matters, including complex contract negotiation and deal execution.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to integrity, compliance, and professional ethics.
• Communicate complex legal issues clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
