Legal Senior Advisor - Commercial Counsel

Join our leading Legal Team as a Senior Legal Counsel to provide multifaceted legal advice and support to the Valves business within our Industrial Products portfolio. As a strategic legal advisor, you will partner closely with commercial, operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to drive growth while managing legal and compliance risk.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Significant experience in a similar role providing legal counsel, with at least 10 years’ experience in similar role in-house or at a law firm
• Impressive knowledge and experience negotiating complex commercial contracts and transactions
• Deep project management skills and process improvement skills
• Leadership in interacting with cross-functional teams and providing strategic legal and compliance guidance to leadership
• Natural communicator, with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems
