Requirements

• Bachelor's Level or equivalent degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Resource Management / HR Business partnering roles
• Experience in multinational company setup in oil & gas, energy or mining industry
• Experience in analyzing compensation & benefits
• Ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects and influence across different teams
• Organized approach to problem solving with good analytical skills
