Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Lead Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Nantwich, Cheshire. You will be responsible for managing the engineering team, ensuring plant availability, and implementing training and development plans. Competitive salary and benefits package offered.
Requirements
- Strong people management experience
- A multi-skilled background
- Experience completing both reactive and planned maintenance activity and small installations
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Appropriate professional mechanical or electrical engineering qualifications and training
- Thorough understanding of common mechanical and electrical systems
- Professional attitude with plenty of drive and enthusiasm
- Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
