Foot and Ankle Associates Cupertino is seeking two enthusiastic Office Associates to join their team and support efficient operation. The role involves answering phone calls, coordinating schedules, managing patient flow, and collecting co-pays. The position is a full-time, front- and back-office float position based in two different office locations. Candidates should be reliable and committed to providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Quickly and efficiently answer incoming phone lines.
- Manage patients and daily flow.
- Understands insurance policies and processes.
- Verifies insurance coverage and payments.
- Maintains accurate patient records.
- Assist with vitals, orthotic processes, and document steps.
- Reliably work within the required travel radius.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
