Front Desk Receptionist

We are a physical therapy office seeking a full-time, full-time front office assistant. The role involves managing patient check-in/check-out, insurance verification, scheduling, payment collection, and data entry. The assistant must be able to multitask and work under the supervision of the practice manager.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience working in a medical office, preferably physical therapy or chiropractic
• Experience with Gmail, Google Docs and EMR systems
• Excellent organizational and communications skills
• Knowledge of health insurance
• Ability to work under direct supervision
• Efficiently multitask
