Clinical Case Manager plays a vital role in supporting the treatment process by coordinating care for clients and families, strengthening communication across the treatment team, and ensuring that each client’s treatment journey is organized, supported, and aligned with clinical goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
- Experience working in mental health, behavioral health, or substance use treatment settings preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Experience coordinating care with families and external providers preferred.
- Knowledge of mental health treatment systems, levels of care, and community resources preferred.
- Valid California driver’s license and liability insurance if driving personal and/or company vehicle on Balance Treatment Center business.
