Executive Assistant

We’re Hiring: Executive Assistant to support the Chairman, CFO, and CIO in a growing, fast-paced team in Atlanta. Provides critical support to key personnel, playing a significant role in the organization's success and well-being.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5–10 years of experience supporting senior executives in a professional environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and sound judgment
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate with a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability
• Advance knowledge of Outlook and an expert at calendaring
• Experience with Concur or similar expense reporting software; familiarity with Salesforce
• Experience in an RIA or financial services and supporting a Board of Directors, a plus
