Executive Pastry Chef

Executive Pastry Chef wanted to lead and elevate Bakery and Pastry operations at an ultra-luxury resort in the Maldives. Must have proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef and a degree in Culinary Arts, Patisserie, or Bakery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef within a luxury resort or five-star hotel environment.
• Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Patisserie, Bakery, or a related discipline.
• International certification in Patisserie and Bakery is considered an advantage.
• Demonstrated strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Creative flair with exceptional attention to detail and artistic presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of cost control, menu development, and kitchen administration.
• Experience managing multi-outlet pastry operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to quality and excellence.
• Previous experience in remote island or resort destinations is an added advantage.
