Join Ball, a world leader in manufacturing sustainable aluminium packaging, and contribute to a better community, society, and world. The Manufacturing Excellence Specialist position is the catalyst for continuous improvement projects and activities throughout the plant.
Requirements
- University degree education in Science, Engineering or Business (Desirable)
- At least 3 years of relevant experience with a manufacturing industry
- Good understanding of LEAN tools and system, demonstrated portfolio of leading lean project management at least 3 years
- Good understanding of statistical process control and data analysis, Six Sigma Green Belt (Essential) or Black Belt Certified (Desirable)
- Desirable the experience of advanced statistical tools use (e.g. DOE, ANOVA) in some Six Sigma projects
- Able to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, constantly seeing to understand how to engage and involve different individuals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Computer literate (MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
