Manufacturing Excellence Specialist

The Manufacturing Excellence Specialist position is the catalyst for continuous improvement projects and activities throughout the plant to deliver the annual targets and to deploy and sustain the Ball Manufacturing Excellence management system.

Requirements

• University degree education in Science, Engineering or Business
• At least 3 years of relevant experience with a manufacturing industry
• Good understanding of LEAN tools and system, demonstrated portfolio of leading lean project management at least 3 years
• Good understanding of statistical process control and data analysis, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certified
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Computer literate (MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
