Site Technical Trainer

Ball is seeking a Site Technical Trainer to lead the execution of the technical training strategy at a specific manufacturing site. The trainer will drive site training initiatives, partner with site leadership, and foster a strong culture of technical development to build workforce capability.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years' experience working directly on the production floor in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders
• Demonstrated capability in coaching, mentoring, and facilitating knowledge transfer
• Effective collaboration with production teams and support functions
