Requirements
- 7 years' experience working directly on the production floor in a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated capability in coaching, mentoring, and facilitating knowledge transfer
- Effective collaboration with production teams and support functions
