Attendant - Slots

We're seeking an Attendant - Slots to provide exceptional customer service to slot machine players in the casino, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the gaming floor. The successful candidate will promote the use of the Players Club card, assist customers with slot-related problems, and maintain the integrity of video lottery equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Prior customer service experience
• Previous money handling skills preferred
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and nights as needed
• Ability to pass a background check and receive a license from the DE Lottery
