Job Description
As a Specialist - Customer Service, you will provide efficient and friendly customer service to all guests, process new Players Club Members, and maintain accurate property and marketing information. You will also utilize various systems to deliver personalized service and handle transactions.
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience required
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and nights as needed
- Ability to pass a background check and receive a license from the DE Lottery
