The purpose of the Casino Floor Host is to identify, develop, and retain relationships with, premium players. The primary emphasis in this role is new customer development. It is highly preferred that candidates are bilingual and speak and write Spanish fluently.

Requirements

• Maintain a working knowledge of the Company’s facilities and special events
• Greet customers on casino floor, establish rapport, and provide complimentary amenities
• Promote the success of the Players Club
• Resolve miscellaneous guest complaints
• Assist guests with reservations for restaurants, entertainment venues
• Facilitate the effective management of information
• Prepare correspondence, memos, forms, reports, and other miscellaneous paperwork
• Augment special events, through active participation in same
• Observe special events in the lives of our customers
• Record information on new customers, and updates Database as needed
• Assist the Slots Department with Jackpots
• Compile customer feedback and informs management of findings on a regular basis
