It is highly preferred that candidates are bilingual and speak and write Spanish fluently.
Requirements
- Maintain a working knowledge of the Company’s facilities and special events
- Greet customers on casino floor, establish rapport, and provide complimentary amenities
- Promote the success of the Players Club
- Resolve miscellaneous guest complaints
- Assist guests with reservations for restaurants, entertainment venues
- Facilitate the effective management of information
- Prepare correspondence, memos, forms, reports, and other miscellaneous paperwork
- Augment special events, through active participation in same
- Observe special events in the lives of our customers
- Record information on new customers, and updates Database as needed
- Assist the Slots Department with Jackpots
- Compile customer feedback and informs management of findings on a regular basis
