Bally's Corporation is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the work activities of housekeeping personnel, ensuring the hotel is clean, orderly, and attractive. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in hotel operations (preferred)
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good customer service and leadership skills
- Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations
- Professional appearance
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and nights as scheduled
- Ability to pass a background check
- Initiative, well-developed interpersonal skills, and ability to set and achieve high standards of performance
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
