Shift Manager - Cage

As a Cage Shift Manager at Bally's Corporation, you will manage all cage operations, ensure team adherence to company and state policies, and promote a customer-centric culture. The role involves managing redemption kiosk, table games, and electronic gaming device drop and count process, as well as supervising the overall casino cage and credit operations and personnel.

Requirements

• At least two years of Casino Cage supervisory experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
• High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local tax law, gaming laws, and banking regulations
• Proficient in the entire Microsoft Office Suite
• Above-average math skills and pass a math assessment issued by the company
• Pass a color vision assessment issued by the company
