Shift Supervisor - Slots

The Slot Supervisor oversees the operation of the slots department and provides outstanding guest service to internal and external customers.

Requirements

• One to three years management experience
• Gaming Industry experience, a 2-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class C license
• Must be at least 18 Years of age
• Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, and verbal communication skills
