Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisors provide leadership to ensure outstanding customer service, meet operating objectives and financial goals, and follow company policies and procedures. They assist the Assistant Store Manager in day-to-day operations and direct team members in their absence.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant
• Ability to engage with customers, develop positive relationships, and exceed corporate initiatives
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
