Technician - Maintenance Utility

Responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness and upkeep of the property along with support of the Facilities staff.

Requirements

• Ability to perform all physical demands of the job
• Ability to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours
• Ability to exercise caution and use all safety equipment
• Ability to read and interpret documents in English
• Ability to communicate verbally in English
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance
• Ability to work in a very loud environment
• Ability to work in an environment containing unrestricted second hand tobacco smoke
