Job Description
CloudTen, a residential brand headquartered in Nevada, manages and operates multifamily properties throughout the West. This position is for a Maintenance Technician at Patton Apartments in Reno, Nevada. The Maintenance Technician provides excellent resident services, performs various maintenance duties, and supports the Community Manager. Responsibilities include preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance, ensuring property upkeep, and maintaining high standards of resident service. The role requires independent judgment and effective problem-solving.
