Job Description
CloudTen Residential, a multifamily property management brand based in Nevada, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide excellent resident services and maintain property value. The role involves performing various maintenance duties, ensuring curb appeal, and assisting the Community Manager. The ideal candidate will possess independent judgment, problem-solving skills, and reliable transportation.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds (occasionally)
- Ability to climb and work at heights (using ladders)
- Ability to push and roll large trash dumpsters
