Job Description
CloudTen, a residential brand based in Nevada, is seeking a Multifamily Maintenance Technician for Henley Place Apartments in Milwaukie, Oregon. This role is crucial for providing excellent resident services and maintaining the community's value through various maintenance duties. The technician will support the Community Manager, perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, and ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for residents.
