Job Description
CloudTen, a residential brand managing multifamily properties in the West, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Reserve at Fernhill in Forest Grove, Oregon. The role involves providing excellent resident services and performing various maintenance duties to maintain and enhance the community's value. Responsibilities include preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance, ensuring curb appeal, and maintaining high standards of resident service. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong communication skills.
