Executive Assistant (Real Estate)

An Executive Assistant is needed to serve as the central coordination point for day-to-day operations, overseeing communications, follow-ups, CRM accuracy, documentation, and reporting for a company based in Bali.

Requirements

• At least 2 years or more experience as an Executive/Admin Assistant
• Experience in construction, real estate, or property development is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly GoHighLevel
• Demonstrated excellence in organization, task management, and follow-up
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work
• Proactive, structured, and reliable work approach
• Ability to manage high volumes of communication efficiently
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Indonesian (advantageous but not required)
