Business Development Representative for BambooHR, responsible for initiating contact with new leads, articulating value propositions, and driving sales success. Hybrid role with in-office work mode Tuesday through Thursday. Opportunity for growth and development in sales.
Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience as an SDR or BDR
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to achieve monthly performance KPIs and opportunity creation quotas
