Job Description
BambooHR is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our software engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in software development, 2+ years of technical leadership, and proficiency in integrating AI capabilities into SaaS products.
Requirements
- Manage 1-2 scrum teams of Software Engineers
- Demonstrate leadership and patience through regular coaching and mentoring
- Consult with Product Management, UX Designers and Tech Leads
- Manage and maintain team's execution roadmap
- Show and maintain accountability in team and individual performance
- Participate in department hiring efforts
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our systems and processes
