Job Description
Banc of California is seeking a VP, Relationship Manager to source opportunities, negotiate and issue term sheets, and perform analysis of commercial real estate loan requests. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in commercial lending, a B.A. degree in finance or a related field, and proficiency in spreadsheets and loan documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in commercial lending, including valuation and asset management, and financial analysis
- B.A. Degree in finance or related field and/or related work experience
- Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as they pertain to this position
- P.C. proficient with emphasis on spreadsheets (Word, Excel, Argus)
- Familiarity with Moody’s analysis systems
- Excellent composing and writing skills
- Familiarity with nCino system
- Above-average interpersonal skills; ability to communicate verbally with a wide range of people
- Positive attitude and willingness to work
- Responsiveness, judgment, maturity, integrity, and time management skills are required
