Job Description
Banc of California is a bank holding company seeking a VP, Treasury Relationship Manager - TM Sales to provide treasury, deposit, and non-loan product sales on behalf of assigned business unit partners. The role requires a consultative approach with clients, matching them with the right set of treasury, card, and other non-loan products. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 7+ years of experience in technical sales, with strong knowledge of treasury products, business credit, and underwriting.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years' experience working in a Technical Sales position
- CTP Certification preferred
- Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant work experience or training
- Strong technical treasury product knowledge
- Solid understanding of business credit and underwriting
- Accomplished sales skills and working knowledge of Commercial Banking, Business Banking, Community Banking, Specialty Banking, and Real Estate segments
