Job Description
Perform support functions for the payment department, including processing customer payments and assisting with mail room duties. Verify and post electronic and manual payments, assist with research, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Data Entry and/or Payment skills are preferred
- Ability to key numbers with excellent accuracy
- Ability to accomplish multiple objectives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and team-work skills
- Ability to develop knowledge of IBS products, bank products, services and processes
