Team Leader

We are seeking a motivated self-starter to join our Regulatory Capital Reporting and Consolidation (RCRC) team as a Team Leader. The role involves managing transaction and conformance testing, developing and maintaining data dictionaries, and leading the development and migration to SABER Connect. The successful candidate will have strong quantitative, analytic, and communication skills, as well as familiarity with banking products. They will also have experience in a relevant role in a financial institution and strong Excel skills. The role is based in Mumbai and requires working during US time zone hours.

Requirements

• CA/MBA/B.E./CFA/FRM
• 0-1 year of experience
• Strong understanding of financials, preferably in a US bank setting
• Understanding of markets and banking products
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication
• Intellectual curiosity
• Self-starter with ability to be proactive and well organized
• Flexibility in joining meetings during US time zone hours
• Experience in a relevant role in a financial institution
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Analytical abilities/financial acumen/problem solving skills
• Strong control mindset including ability to identify risks and build and maintain associated controls
• Proficient in SQL and MS Office tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment
